After graduating from Lewis & Clark College I dabbled in falconry, audio production, and the meat department of a Seattle-area grocery store. One of those was much worse than the other two, but none felt particularly stable.
In 2016 I took an interest in coding and within six months I was contracting for a web development company. Soon thereafter I co-founded an edtech startup focused on making coding education easier and more equitable, which is what I spend most of my time doing today.
Sometimes I'm not in a dark room pressing buttons. Those times are also nice. I enjoy producing music and being outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
